We aim to provide accurate descriptions and imagery of our limited-edition handbags and related goods. However, please note that product appearance, including colour and texture, may vary depending on your screen or device settings.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any item offered without prior notice. Due to the nature of our small-batch and rescued-luxury materials, no two items may be identical.
4. Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed via the Services constitute an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by Chouette Sauvageonne. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for errors in pricing, product availability, or suspected fraud.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is accepted. Ownership of goods and associated risk will transfer to you only upon delivery, in accordance with UK consumer law.
5. Prices, Payment, and Billing
For UK customers, prices include UK VAT.
For customers in the European Union, Switzerland, the United States and Japan, prices include all import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. Prices can be viewed in local currency in these locations, and we ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis wherever available, so you will not be charged any additional amounts on delivery.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the designated payment method and that the payment details provided are accurate. You agree to pay all charges incurred at the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs procedures, or events beyond our control.
In accordance with UK law, risk and title pass to you only upon receipt of the goods. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly at chouette@chouette-sauvageonne.com.
7. Returns and Cancellations
Consumers in the UK have a statutory right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed terms and instructions, including how to initiate a return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return conditions, including returns of used or damaged items.
