DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Your experience as a Chouette Sauvageonne customer is very important to us, and we are committed to ensuring that your limited‑edition piece reaches you smoothly and securely. Each handbag is carefully packaged in a heavy‑weight linen Chouette Sauvageonne dust bag. We use robust, eco‑friendly cardboard packaging and, by using a single‑box system, we reduce waste and can contribute more towards owl rescue and rehabilitation, a cause close to our hearts.

1. Placing an Order

Orders are confirmed via email after purchase.
Once an order is placed, modifications may not be possible.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from London and currently deliver to the United Kingdom, the European Union and Switzerland, the United States and Japan.

United Kingdom: Complimentary tracked courier delivery, typically 1–2 working days.
European Union & Switzerland: Complimentary tracked courier delivery, typically 3–6 working days.
United States & Japan: Complimentary tracked courier delivery, typically 4–8 working days, depending on destination.

We use recognised professional courier firms to ship our products.
We currently do not ship to countries outside the United Kingdom, the European Union and Switzerland, the United States or Japan.

3. Shipping Destinations

We ship handbags and leather accessories within the UK, and to the following destinations - the European Union, Switzerland, the United States and Japan.

Our eaux de parfum are currently available for delivery within the United Kingdom only.

4. Duties

For UK customers, prices include UK VAT.

For customers in the European Union, Switzerland, the United States and Japan, prices include all import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis wherever available, so you will not be charged any additional amounts on delivery.
